What you'll do.
Day 1 · ChatGPT Images
You as a movie poster
ChatGPT is a chat app from a company called OpenAI. It also draws pictures from plain words.
You need
Your phone, a photo of only you, and a free ChatGPT account. You make the account in the lesson. No photo? There's a no-photo poster instead.
Best on a phone · FreeDay 2 · Gamma
Five slides from one sentence
Gamma is a website that makes slides. You describe your talk, it shows you a plan, then it builds the slides.
You need
Your phone or a computer, a personal email, and a subject you know well. The free account needs no card. Gamma gives new accounts a one-time allowance of credits (its count of what you use, not money).
Phone or computer · Free, with a one-time allowanceDay 3 · Wispr Flow
An email written without typing
Wispr Flow is a dictation app. You talk, and it types your words into your email.
You need
An iPhone, a friend to write to and somewhere you can talk aloud. Android, iPad or an older iPhone? The lesson's plan B uses your phone's own dictation, and it counts.

What you hand over.
Each lesson tells you, at the step where it happens, what goes to the tool: your photo to ChatGPT, your words to Gamma, your voice to Wispr Flow. It shows you how to switch off the setting that lets the tool learn from your work, and how to delete what you made. What you paste into a tool goes to that tool. It doesn't come to us.
After Day 3.
From Day 4 it's a Fluent membership: US$39 a month or US$299 a year, and it starts with 3 more days free. Day 4 shows the price before it asks for a card. Stop at Day 3 and you pay nothing, ever.
The full programme climbs gently from songs and short videos to a small website of your own. See all 30 days on the home page.
